PERSONALIZED EDUCATION FOR EVERYONE

In actually we are living in a  world full of worries without time for dedicating care to every children, now in a classroom we have to teach more than 30 children so is difficult for us as teacher discover the deficients and forts in our students, in that way help them to improve in their school activities is almost impossible.

we must think about strategies that allow us to devote more time to each student, could be in different groups of ten students for one hour after school every day or we colud create support groups with tenth and eleven grade students  for helping the  smallest child to do  homeworks and activities to improve their skills.
